An essential part of Website Project Management – This website Change Order form allows you to easily communicate changes that need to be completed after a portion of your website has gone through its initial development. Please use the Change Order Number indicated on your Statement Of Work when sending Change Order Requests so that we can compare it to the work completed. All changes will be performed per the terms of your contract or 15 days after initial development was completed.

WEBSITE CHANGE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

Please relate any changes to us, be as detailed and specific as possible. The Project ID and CHANGE ORDER # can be found highlighted on your Statement of Work. You may fill out as many CHANGE ORDERS as you need. Once changes are made, you will be updated on the progress of this Change Order and whether or not any further clarification is needed.
